My Story
Building something always felt pretty normal.
I've had an entrepreneurial streak since I was a kid. Selling things from the end of the driveway, funding my own camp trips, working in a café before I was probably old enough. Both my parents ran their own businesses. Building something always felt pretty normal.
After school I worked my way up through office administration. Along the way I kept fixing things, streamlining processes, building better systems, without really having a name for what I was doing. I just knew things could work better.
That eventually led to saving a company over $100K per year and that was just what showed up in the numbers. The team stopped fielding the same manual requests over and over. Clients got a way to manage things themselves instead of waiting on someone to do it for them.
It took a few more years and a fair bit of zig-zagging to fully own it but eventually I stopped trying to fit into roles that weren't built for me and built something that was.
That same knowledge is what you get access to when we work together. Years of figuring out what actually works, in real businesses under real pressure. You don't have to research, test, or fumble through it. That part's already done.
Because the internet is loud. There are a thousand tools, a hundred opinions, a tech bro on every corner selling the next shiny thing and now a queue of educators jumping on every new AI trend to teach you something that has nothing to do with how your business actually works. Nobody teaches you the right way to set things up. You're just supposed to figure it out, fit it in, and hope it sticks.
