You'll complete a short questionnaire before we connect, promise it's not too hard, and it shapes everything we build. Then we have a focused session together where I go deep on your pain points, map your workflows, and get clear on exactly where to focus.

The work gets done. A focused 3–4 hour implementation block, workflows built, automations installed, processes cleaned up properly. Delivered within 7–10 days of your Clarity & Mapping session. You don't need to be there. That's the point.

Walkthrough & Handover
A final session to walk through everything that's been built, how it works, and what to do next. You leave feeling clear and confident, not handed a manual to figure out yourself.

How long does the whole process take?
Roughly 7–10 days from your Clarity & Mapping session, though timelines can shift a little depending on our back and forth along the way. The build itself happens in between, without you needing to be there. Your Walkthrough & Handover is booked at a time that suits you, within the timeframe outlined in the terms and conditions.
Do I have to change my existing systems?
Not necessarily. The Systems Glow Up is built around how your business actually runs and that includes what you're already using. We start by looking at what's there, and only change or replace something if it's genuinely not working for you. You might walk away with everything streamlined and optimised, or we might recommend something new. Either way, nothing changes without us talking it through first.
What tools do you work with?
This depends on what you're already using and what makes sense for your business. We'll cover this in your Clarity & Mapping session so the right tools get recommended for how you actually work, not just the most popular options.
What if I'm not very tech-savvy?
You don't need to be a tech expert or understand how it's built, but you do need to be open to using new tools. The Walkthrough & Handover is designed to make sure you feel clear and confident, but the systems only work if you're willing to embrace them.
Is there a payment plan?
Yes, you can split your payment into two. For the introductory rate: $400 today to secure your spot, and $400 before your Walkthrough & Handover. A $50 admin fee applies, making the payment plan total $800 NZD.
What if I'm not sure this is the right fit?

What if I need more work done beyond the scope?
The Systems Glow Up is a contained intensive with a clear scope. If during the process it becomes clear that more work is needed, I'll let you know, provide a quote, and we'll work through priorities together before anything additional is actioned. No surprises.
