This website provides information about services, frameworks, resources, and support offered by Partially Organised.

All content is shared in good faith and is intended to provide clarity and general guidance only. It should not be considered legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

2. Services and support
Partially Organised offers done-for-you and done-with-you services, frameworks, and strategic support for business owners.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
services are advisory, strategic, or implementation in nature
no specific results or outcomes are guaranteed
decisions, actions, and implementation remain your responsibility

3. Bookings and payments

All prices are listed in NZD unless otherwise stated.
A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Deposits are non-refundable.
The remaining balance is due before your Clarity & Mapping session, or as outlined in your payment plan.
Payment plans are available on selected services and are outlined at the time of purchase. By selecting a payment plan you agree to complete all payments on the dates specified.
Bookings are confirmed once the deposit or full payment has been received.
Missed or late payments may result in your booking or work being paused until payment is brought up to date.

If payment is not received by the agreed date, Partially Organised reserves the right to withhold delivery of any work, files, recordings, or materials until the outstanding balance is cleared. In the event that payment is not made in full, any work completed remains the intellectual property of Partially Organised until full payment has been received.

4. Digital products

From time to time, digital products may be offered, including templates, resources, frameworks, or downloadable content.

By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge that:

access is provided immediately upon purchase (unless otherwise stated)

digital products are non-refundable due to their nature

you are purchasing a licence for personal or business use only

Digital products may not be copied, shared, resold, or distributed without written permission.

If you experience any issues accessing a digital product, please get in touch and I’ll do my best to help.

5. Cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds

If you need to reschedule a booked session, please provide as much notice as possible.

Missed sessions or late cancellations may not be refunded.

Refunds are not provided for digital products.

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Any exceptions are at my discretion and assessed on a case-by-case basis.

6. Use of content and intellectual property

All content on this website, including written material, frameworks, templates, and resources, remains the intellectual property of Partially Organised.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or share any content without written permission, unless otherwise stated.

7. Affiliate links
